Get to Know Us: Concrete Laser Services, LLC—Where Precision Meets Passion in Concrete Screeding

Concrete Laser Services LLC has been in business since 2016 providing precision services in laser screeding and laser grading. But our story goes back farther than that. Owner, Kevin Brincks, Opie as everyone calls him, has been in the construction trades since 1993. He worked for a general contractor from 1993 till 2012. During this time, Opie learned many skills and an exceptional work ethic from his boss and coworkers. When we say exceptional work ethic, we mean taking pride and responsibility in providing the best possible product for the customer. When he was coming up the ranks as years go by, he learned that taking pride in what you do and providing the best possible product for the customer, is what sets you apart from others.

As we move to 2012, Opie left the only job he ever loved and decided to start his own general construction company. He started out as a one man show doing anything from house remodels, roofing, framing new shops, foundation installs, poured walls, replacing driveways and pouring floors. At the beginning times were tough but determination and a pride in what he did showed customers his quality of work.

Now we jump to 2016, a couple of buddies and Opie went to the World of Concrete show in Las Vegas to see what new things they could maybe implement into each of their own individual construction companies. While there having a good time and experiencing the show, the boys came across Ligchine Interanational’s booth. There is where they saw something that none of them really had any experience in dealing with, the LASER SCREED. After talking with representatives and being intrigued, they guys thought this could be a great business opportunity. So they started a partnership between the three of them and bought their first Ligchine Screedsaver Max. Agreement was for Opie to run the machine and make sure they made money! Move up to 2020 and business doing well, the three agreed to allow Opie to buy the other two partners out. At this time He purchased a new Ligchine Max Pro and was off and running full time on his own. Now Opie is very keen on making sure that what he does has to be at the highest level he can do it, and with that he could see that running the construction company and the laser screed company was hurting each other and him. So with a heavy heart he walked away from the construction business to focus solely on Concrete Laser Services.

Which now brings us to today. Opie has again gone to Ligchine and purchased the all new, first off the line, Ligchine Pro Plus. He has always strived to give the very best product to his customers and again is doing what it takes to make sure they get what they want and even more. “Giving the customer precision and showing them that I take great pride in their project means the world to me!
