Majority of the time, our customer base is concrete contractors that hire us to come in and assist their crews in the placement of concrete. But we do have customers that prefer to be their own “general” and want to line everyone up individually maybe due to loyalty for example.

Everything we do is by the square foot pricing. We do have a minimum square foot pricing and also a travel charge.

We are based in Carroll, Iowa and service much of the western half of Iowa. That being said, we do travel quite a bit. We have done work in Waterloo, IA, Cedar Rapids, IA, Iowa City, IA, Omaha, NE, Sioux City, IA, Des Moines, IA, St Paul, MN, Watertown, SD, Kansas City, MO and many other locations. We supply the machine, whether it be the laser screed or the laser grader, and the operator. Our operator shows up to the jobsite and assesses the project. They then set up the equipment to either program the 3D file or set off of a bench mark to prepare for a flat floor. They then operate the equipment with precision, accuracy and professionalism till the job is complete.
